Prepare the Package
Carefully fold your linen items and place them in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and sustainable protective layers are included.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred tracked courier service to send the parcel back to our workshop in Lithuania.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our team inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund or ship your exchanged item within 5-7 business days.
